Refunds and exchanges FAQ.
We will refund or exchange when items arrive faulty or damaged. We understand sometimes the post man is a bit rough with your orders... and we hate it when this happens. We will do our best to replace anything if it arrives broken, even if it's not our fault! We are really nice people, but if we ask one thing, its that you PLEASE do not ask us to send you a refund for change of mind if you've made a purchase from us. If you cannot afford to buy a piece, its easy, don't buy it! We are a small business! However, if you have received something that is damaged or faulty, we will most certainly look after you so please send us an email with photos.

Our stockists often hold pieces that may be sold out in our online shop, and some even have custom designs we have worked on with them! You can find our stockists at local markets, online and even in store... Please contact each stockist for more details on how to visit them!

Are your designs limited?
Yes! All designs are limited editions and small runs are made of each colourway. We will sometimes release the same design in a new colour, but you won't see a lot of the exact same piece around.
How long do you take to post items?
Our turnaround time varies, but at present (August 2017) it is 2 weeks turnaround for posting items. If you ask for express post, this does not change the turnaround to post.
Can I get a shipping notification?
We now send shipping notifications with all orders. This will come via a PayPal email so be sure to check your junk mail.
Why didn't I get a collectors tin?
As of August 2017 we no longer offer collectors tins. All brooches and earrings come with a backing card and a clear pouch. We are also brooch mad, so understand the need to have them secure, and will continue to package them safely in bubble wrap and tough bags for your convenience.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do NOT offer international shipping.
Can we chat about wholesale orders?
We would love to chat about wholesale orders with fun shops that fit our style... SO send us an email if you like the idea of having us in your shop and we will send you a current wholesale list!
Do you make custom designs?
It is best to send us a detailed email to discuss. Depending on the amount of pieces and the timeframe. If our workload allows, we can offer you a custom design for a special event.
How do you make your items?
All our designs are hand drawn by us, then we convert them to illustrator files and then they are laser cut using the best quality acrylics and finished with hand painted details.
Everything is proudly designed and assembled in our home studio in Melbourne.
Why is everything sold out?
We have set release dates for each range and we notify in advance via Instagram. Our release dates are usually a bit nuts and a lot of items sell out quickly, so it's best to keep an eye on when we are dropping more products and keep your finger on the BUY button!!! :)
