We recommend UK customers buy directly from Lottie & Lu as they receive our items very quickly at release times and it will be much quicker for you ordering via them.

How long do you take to post items?

Our turnaround time is currently 14 business days. This has changed recently due to our high demand during sale times. Please keep this in mind and keep an eye on our Instagram to note any changes to shipping times, or you are welcome to just send us an email after 14 business days to check on your order. We try to respond to most emails within 2-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We now ship internationally. Our UK friends can still order direct from our exclusive UK stockist Lottie & Lu and we prefer you do this as they get stock much quicker (via their fancy courier!!) than us sending to you via regular international post.

Can we chat about wholesale orders / Do you make custom designs?

Due to our current workload, we are currently not taking on any more wholesale orders or custom design services.

How do you make your items?

All our designs are hand drawn by us, then we convert them to illustrator files and then they are laser cut using the best quality acrylics and finished with hand painted details. 

Everything is proudly designed and assembled in our home studio in Melbourne.

Why is everything sold out?

We have set release dates for each range and we notify in advance via Instagram. Our release dates are usually a bit nuts and a lot of items sell out quickly, so it's best to keep an eye on when we are releasing more.

Where is my item? Is there tracking?

All orders within Australia are sent via regular tracked mail, which can take anywhere from 24 hours to reach you if you're lucky, to a week or more during busy post times (hello xmas!!!). We really wish it was quicker but we are at the hands of the post system. We can lodge enquiries with Australia Post if something goes missing, so if you have waited a long time, please email us and we will sort it out for you. 

International post is even longer, and our items are not fully tracked as this costs a lot more, so if you are concerned about an international parcel getting to you safely, you are welcome to email us after ordering, so we can add fully traceable shipping to your order for an extra cost. If you don't choose to do this, your order will be sent via regular international mail and will reach you usually within 2-5 weeks. (2 weeks is the norm, 5 weeks is the longest we have personally seen something take!!) 

ALSO! We send tracking numbers for parcels via the PayPal transaction you made, so if you haven't got a tracking number and are waiting on a reply to an email from us, sometimes it is quicker to go into your PayPal transaction and find the tracking number there.

Refunds and exchanges FAQ.

If you have received something that is damaged or faulty, we will most certainly look after you so please send us an email with photos and let us know what has happened. We do not refund for change of mind, so please be sure of your purchase. If you have received a faulty item or you are unhappy with it, please expect that we will ask you to return it in order to either send a new one, or provide a refund. We will cover postage for returning the item to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the handmade nature of our products, and the differences in acrylic sheets we get from our supplier, some pieces look slightly different from the photo. These are minor things, like the distribution of colour in the acrylic, the sides of the acrylic having small "burn marks" especially on lighter colours, or the hand painted details being slightly different to the photo. These differences should not be anything major, but we like to let you know up front. However, if you have a major difference in a piece that is upsetting you and you don't think looks right, please contact us to rectify this.

We do not refund for change of mind, so please be aware of this when ordering from us.
