Who is Kaiju Candy?
Kaiju Candy is a Melbourne based business owned and operated by Donna Mizzi. Donna has been designing and making brooches and earrings since 2012, previously under brand Heidi & Gretel. Donna also works as a designer at Melbourne based brand Erstwilder where she has been working for almost 4 years now. Kaiju Candy was created as a place where Donna could create the most weird and wonderful pieces that didn't fit the aesthetic of her previous endeavours.
Who stocks Kaiju Candy?
We accept all Australian orders via our website. If you are an international customer, you can currently purchase our items from our friends at Lottie and Lu (UK)
They are UK based, but also ship internationally.
Do you offer international shipping via your website?
We will be offering international shipping via our new website once we launch it later in 2018.
How long do you take to post items?
Our current turnaround as at July 2018 is 4-6 weeks. This is due to the current workload and will be less from August 2018 onwards as we are taking on new staff.

How do you make your items?
All our designs are hand drawn by Donna, then she converts them to illustrator files. They are then laser cut using the best quality acrylics and finished with hand painted details.
Everything is proudly designed and assembled in our home studio in Melbourne.
Why is everything sold out?
We have set release dates for each range and we notify in advance via Instagram. Our release dates can be busy and a lot of items sell out quickly, so it's best to keep an eye on when we are releasing more via Instagram.
Refunds and exchanges FAQ.
If you have received something that is damaged or faulty, please send us an email with photos and let us know what has happened. We do not refund for change of mind, so please be sure of your purchase. If you have received a faulty item or you are unhappy with it, please expect that we will ask you to return it in order to either send a new one, or provide a refund.
Please also note due to the handmade nature of our items, and acrylic sheets being sourced from 3rd party suppliers, some items may appear slightly differently in person, or acrylics may be slightly different between runs. We try our best to make sure everything is in perfect condition,and always photograph items to our best ability, however sometimes acrylics can differ and we cannot control this sadly.
